What it's about
We developed an app that makes pet health care easier. The user creates a profile for their pet and has an expert available 24/7. The app also monitors vaccination schedules and allows them to take out insurance.
Discovery
Vets are often overwhelmed with minor issues that can be resolved over the phone. Pet owners, on the other hand, lack precise instructions. Both worlds needed to be attractively connected so that Tlappka becomes a helper that users won't let go of.
Strategy
The ecosystem consists of mobile and web applications built on the same framework. The user consults with a vet about their pet's health via chat and has access to a rich content section with articles and advice that Tlappka doses according to the pet's age or season.

Build
We integrated the ability to take out pet insurance with a few clicks into Tlappka and prepared a feature that makes onboarding new users easier – Visa card holders can use several vet consultations each month even without a subscription.
Launch
We successfully deployed the carefully tested Tlappka and continuously come up with ideas to develop the solution and improve the user experience. We've added, for example, new types of animals (reptiles, small mammals, and birds) or a discount code system that allows employers to offer Tlappka as a company benefit.
